PURPOSEFUL INNOVATORS CIC is certified by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 as a Community Interest Company; is a private company, the company is limited by shares, and the situation of its registered office is in England and Wales.
We didn't start out knowing that we would become an association. We got here from creating the highest possible social value by applying what we know for the greatest good.
