About the Advanced Enneagram Course

Have you ever reflected on your personal patterns of how you interact with others to meet your own needs? Or, wondered how come you may be so different to another person of the same Enneatype? Do you ponder on how you relate to the world? How do you feel about how you express yourself?

In this course, you will build on your learnings from the iiRHD Enneagram Practitioner course and learn more about the interactions of your Enneatype with others. You will discover your unconscious strategies for getting what you want from others and how others may differ in their types. You will be able to observe your actions and reactions, and what works and what doesn't to achieve your aims. Through experiential learning, you will understand how the Enneagram deepens your personal wisdom of yourself and others and how you fit in or resist the world. This course will transform you and how you perceive and manage all important relationships with family, friends, clients and colleagues.

• Conflict styles through the “Harmonic Triads” (Riso & Hudson)
• Centres of expression: emotional, instinctive and mental
• Behavioural expressions across the wings
• Enneatypes as represented in theatrical art and classical music

Background to the Enneagram

The Enneagram, used as a system for personality typology, is believed to be one of the oldest yet widely used methods of understanding the human psyche.

As relevant today as it was thousands of years ago, modern Enneagram theory is as popular in business as it is in spirituality. Its efficacy in increasing self-awareness, understanding motivation, and many other aspects of emotional and social intelligence makes it one of our most popular training paths.

As old as humanity, the beginnings of the Enneagram can be found 4500 years ago among the Babylonians, the Greek mathematicians, the first Christians, in Persia and the Jewish Kabbalah.

About Giorgios Bouronikos

Giorgios Bouronikos is a Lecturer at the Université de Reims. He is an ICF MCC Coach, SICPNL certified Trainer and a Master Practitioner of NLP. He is a Spiral Dynamics, Sociocracy and Enneagram specialist. Giorgios is the Secretary General of IAFM and the former Secretary General of ICF Luxembourg. He is an ICF Global Member, past-Member of the Board of Directors of ECA-EMCC, Belgium and President of Prime People Group.

Giorgios holds a political and social science Master’s Degree in Science from Lausanne University, a Communication, Behaviour and Credibility analysis Master’s Degree in Science from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations from the University of Birmingham. He is passionate about human development, and organisations system within multinational companies and International Institutions.

Over 30 years, his professional career guided him to lead several important reorganisations within different Public Institutions as well as multinational companies worldwide.
