This programme follows the high standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with a focus on developing essential coaching competencies that translate into everyday management and business performance improvements.

Exercises, Real Plays, and Peer Coaching Examples
Throughout the programme, participants will engage in peer coaching sessions with observation, feedback and teachback with ICF coach trainers, simulating real-life coaching scenarios related to client and staff behaviour. These enable participants to practice essential skills in the context of a business environment, ensuring alignment with ICF competencies and business outcomes.
Course Structure
The course is delivered over 3 months with a total equivalent of 9 days of training and 60 training hours, which meets the requirement for training for the ICF ACC credentialing application.

- Bringing out a specific objective: reverse perspective

Module 2: Exploring Yourself and Understanding Others
- Identify and tame the shadow on the path to its essence
- Functional communication: linguistic structures and perception of the world
- Explore, identify and understand the behaviour patterns of oneself and others and their interaction

Module 3: Moving Beyond Visible Individuality
