With professional backgrounds spanning corporate training, marketing, innovation, education and social impact, they know what it takes to create transformation solutions that work in classrooms, homes, and boardrooms alike.

We have built a community that works closely with our partners in education, the International Institute for Research and Human Development to truly shape transformative learning experiences that empower individuals and communities.

She has invested her expertise, time, and energy into building a movement where Members share knowledge, resources, and experience in ways that are creative, commercially strong, and grounded in human-centred values enabling them to compete at the highest level alongside larger organisations.

With a professional background in corporate environments, Rania understands the power of high-performing teams. Like many within the community, she thrives in collaborative settings that tackle complex challenges in innovative ways recognising that meaningful, large-scale impact for people and the planet can only be achieved through collective effort.
