The PI Collaborator Ecosystem

Purposeful Innovators are revolutionising how the world works!

We have collaborated to reinvent organisation infrastructure and design so that it works for how we live today and respects how we want to be in the future.

Whether you are employed, a freelancer, an independent or an SME we believe that you can be trusted to deliver your share of project contribution without having to physically be anywhere or work to specific hours every day.

We believe that contributions should be evaluated on project outcomes and SMART KPIs, not on your ability to arrive and register at 8am using biometrics!

What We Are Doing

Experience all the benefits of being on the team at a global organisation without any of the toxicity and control.

Objective: We have created an Ecosystem that is aligned with best-practice neuroscience, project management, innovation and strategic marketing where projects are scoped out and collaborators choose their contribution during the planning stage. Projects are then managed and monitored and collaborators contribute to the collaboration committee to evaluate actual contribution against planned. We are tracking everything we are doing to help others follow.

Our collaborator ecosystem delivers projects by committees that include industry experts, experienced managers, as well as team members and individuals who wish to learn through involvement.

Every aspect of our system is on-demand and self-selected.

What We Want From You

All we ask from our collaborators is participation to develop themselves and enable us to develop the system.

Share your experience and wisdom with us. Contribute your ideas and perspectives so that we can continue to strengthen our systems. Help us see past our blocks and blindspots so we can create an ecosystem so powerful, we rival and excel beyond the traditional multi-national organisation structure.

Our Campaigns Collectively Support All 17 UNSDGs

These goals formulate the scope and strategy for positive impact.
