Typical session format involves:
Session | Description |
1. Know Yourself |
The first step in transformation starts with developing deep insights into your personality, motivations, desires, ego traps and shadow. Discover new aspects of your true nature and talents. Learn about how your relationships and results are influenced by your personality and how your personality influences your belief system and perspective. |
2. Setting Your Ambitions |
In this session, you will work on your intention, awareness and your goal. Leaving nothing to chance, this session will empower you to think, feel and act towards your vision of impact. Eliminating initial obstacles, you will leave feeling a higher sense of worth, esteem, motivation and confidence. |
3. Transformation Pathway |
The final session embeds changes within your neural pathways and compounds ongoing transformative change so you can continue along the pathway to success. By now, you will have experienced mindset shifts and will have the tools to continue with your new, healthier perceptions and attitudes which further bring new changes to your life. |
Are You Ready to Breakfree?
Coaching is both challenging and rewarding. Bring yourself to each session exactly as you are. You may be confused, excited, frustrated, proud of yourself or your actions, angry, delighted, fearful or any of the thousand other states of mind. By looking at yourself honestly and without judgment, we can explore how your thoughts and actions serve or limit you. You will create more choices that enrich your life.
What happens in the coaching session?
During your first session, your coach will design a coaching relationship to best meet your needs.
Your coach will ask you direct questions that relate to what is going on with you. They will also ask you to commit to actions when you have chosen an objective, andhold you accountable for the actions that you commit to.
How do I prepare?
You will be asked to complete a short intake survey that takes a snapshot of how you feel about several areas of your life at this moment. You will discuss the primary focus you want to hold for the package.
