IMPACT NOW! Kicking 2022 Off with our Annual Strategic Focus

Launching 2022 with our first Board Meeting of the year, PI Directors reviewed the PI Vision, Mission and Values and agreed our strategic focus for the year.

1. Directors agreed that the PI Vision remains relevant and will stay as..."COLLECTIVELY, WE INSPIRE AND ASPIRE FOR A BETTER WORLD."

2. Directors made adjustments to the PI Mission to become..."PURPOSEFUL INNOVATORS ARE PIONEERS IN REVOLUTIONISING HOW THE WORLD WORKS"

3. Directors agreed the shared Values to represent and mean...

"EXPANSION - POSITIVE INFLUENCE TO GROW LEGACY

INTEGRITY - MORAL COMPASS FOR HUMAN BEST PRACTICE

EXCELLENCE - MODELLING EXCELLENCE FOR BRILLIANCE

UNIQUENESS - HONOURING EACH INDIVIDUAL'S AUTHENTICITY

COLLABORATION - COLLECTIVE ENGAGEMENT TO ACHIEVE BELONGING IN COMMUNITY"

These are represented in the PI Code of Ethics.

4. Directors also agreed on the PI Strategic Motivations and these are now published in the new 2022 Organisation Profile, available to download.

5. Directors agreed urgency for project activations was the priority, and therefore IMPACT NOW! captured the essence as an annual theme.
