Agenda Topic 1: Meeting Overview, Welcome and Intros

Attendees from last week: Rahma Himid, Wendy ShawRebecca Ellis, Brenda Ingram, Rania Laing, Samina Sheikh,  Murtaza Balasinourwala, Sister Rita Fernandes.

Introductions with new contacts were made.

 

Agenda Topic 2: PNG444PNG PI Head Office Management

  • The PI Global Impact Board formed of RL, BI, WS, RE and RH will meet every Sunday at 9am (UK), 10am (Geneva), 12 noon (Dxb) to provide focus and alignment for the week ahead.
  • Project updates will be sent on Sunday ahead of the Monday morning meeting where the meeting will focus on how to engage with collaborators.
  • Collaborators will have a clearer expectation of what is required for each project.
  • Each project will state 1) Where are we now  2) What do we want  3) Next steps for how to get involved.
  • SMART actions will be managed according to collaborator's commitment.

    Agenda Topic 3: PNG111NGC International Green Council

    1) Where are we now

    • The next meeting is booked with the Board on 21 May and will look towards developing a shared impact goal, purpose and strategic plan. This will be facilitated by RL.

    2) What do we want 

    • We want to bring together representatives of all sectors of green industries to work together on collaborative high impact strategies. 
    • We want to meet contacts across all sectors to collaborate, support and help develop them using sponsored programmes.

    Agenda Topic 4: PNG111BFH Brands For Humanity

    1) Where are we now

    • Collaborator discussions have lead to the learning that the first organisations to achieve the criteria of Brands for Humanity are, in fact, collaborator founded and managed organisations.
    • These are already role modelling their dedication to humanity.
    • This forms the foundations to collaborate on a company level as well as an individual level, with the knowledge that a shared value system is present between the companies.
    • The BFH logo is available for usage by the companies within the collaboration. These are ANID Contracting, Your Neuro Coach, mBRAIN Me, Leading With Humanity.

    2) What do we want 

    • Collectively, we want to demonstrate how organisations can fully deliver humanity through their culture, commercial strategies and impact. CSR should be incorporated into the fabric of the business and brand, not a separate add-on for media exposure.

    3) Next steps for how to get involved

    • What do you, our collaborators, need from PI to support your business and your commitment to humanity? 

       

      Agenda Topic 5: PNG111RFH Research for Humanity

      1) Where are we now

      • We are speaking to different University lecturers and students to help them in facilitating their research which must be aligned to developing societal understanding of humanity.

      2) What do we want 

      • More contacts, meetings and research projects to help on.

      3) Next steps for how to get involved

      • Speak to your contact first and share an overview of PI, then connect them with Rania Laing or Brenda Ingram to arrange an introduction face-to-face or Zoom meeting.

       

      Agenda Topic 6: PNG111LSF Legacy

      1) Where are we now

      • A modular Event/Education programme is in progress which supports the understanding of how to achieve prosperity for all. This is included in other projects like Thriving Roots.

      2) What do we want 

      • We want blue chip support from brands that are aligned with the principles that positive behaviours, actions and impact will generate higher rewards for all of society. Strategies that focus on long term collective gain are better for everyone, rather than short-term, knee-jerk reactions. 

      3) Next steps for how to get involved

      • Sign up and attend our next PI Legacy Webinar on 19 May 2021.

      Agenda Topic 7: YNC111WNG Wealth Angels

      1) Where are we now
      • YC joins the WNG team along with LD and RE. The material is complete and is included in the Legacy programming.

      2) What do we want 

      • We want schools, enriched learning providers, and corporates to include wealth management in their educational services.

      3) Next steps for how to get involved

      • Contact Rebecca Ellis to support on content development.
      • Contact Rania Laing to support on promoting as part of comprehensive sustainability guidelines that will be presented to KHDA.

          Agenda Topic 8: PNG111TRF Arts for Humanity

          1) Where are we now

          • We have plenty of ideas on how to get Arts and Culture to be represented everywhere in communities. Some are already included here on this website.

          2) What do we want 

          • We want to form a Steering Committee to develop this project further.

          3) Next steps for how to get involved

          • Contact Rania Laing to join the team that will meet on a regular basis.

            Agenda Topic 9: PNG111SFH Sports for Humanity

            1) Where are we now

            • We have plenty of ideas on how to get Sports to be better represented everywhere in communities.
            2) What do we want 
            • We want to form a Steering Committee to develop this project further.

            3) Next steps for how to get involved

            • Contact Brenda Ingram to join the team that will meet on a regular basis.

            Agenda Topic 10: PNG111SRX Sustainable Resources

            1) Where are we now

            • We have identified the need to educate the mass market on the definition and propaganda of conscious and unconscious green-washing.
            2) What do we want 
            • We want blue chip support from brands that are aligned with educating the mass market.

            3) Next steps for how to get involved

            • For your contacts working for major brands, speak to your contacts first and share an overview of PI, then connect them with Rania Laing or Brenda Ingram to arrange an introduction face-to-face or Zoom meeting.

             

            Agenda Topic 11: PNG111SPX Sustainable People

            1) Where are we now

            • We have identified the need to help those affected by the pandemic to transfer their talents and skills to alternative industries for equal or better opportunities. E.g. Events professionals.
            2) What do we want 
            • We want to work with collaborating organisations to facilitate the placement of those with transferrable interests and skills. 

            3) Next steps for how to get involved

            • Those needing support are to sign up as Revolutioners.
            • If you know of companies that have temporary or permanent available positions, we want to work with them to get them filled. Speak to your contacts first and share an overview of PI, then connect them with Rania Laing or Brenda Ingram to arrange an introduction face-to-face or Zoom meeting.

            Agenda Topic 12: TRN222PNG Thriving Roots (Part of PNG111SCX Sustainable Economies)

            1) Where are we now

            • We are getting ready to pitch for CSR budgets and sponsorship.
            • Sister Rita and the nuns at Auxilim Convent School (400+ children/girls) and Orphanage (rat picker's children or abandoned - 40 children) require support to develop buildings, facilities, and education. They wish to expand to accommodate another 50 and develop their English skills to support a better future for the children, especially girls. 
            • Many previous students are benefactors as well as benefactors from Rome. Unfortunately, many private benefactors have died from COVID 19.

            2) What do we want 

            • We want major brands to sponsor and support our community projects as part of their CSR/marketing strategies. With full transparency of revenue spend.
            • We want to set-up adequate financial structures that enable children to access managed education funds.

            3) Next steps for how to get involved
